Our StaffMichelle Cleary - Executive Director Michelle joined IPDA in October of 2005. Prior to that she worked for ten years at the New York State Insurance Department where she served as Special Assistant to the Superintendent and most recently as Director of the Healthy New York Program. Her experience at the state and local government levels is helping to move IPDA forward so this vital organization can best serve the addictions professionals of New York State. Puspita Sen, MSEd., LMHC, CASAC - Information Specialist Puspita is the NeATTC/IPDA Information Specialist. She has worked as a psychotherapist in the mental health and addictions fields. She is a member of the American Psychotherapy Association and believes by engaging in discourse with a wide range of addictions treatment, prevention, and allied health professionals she can help ensure quality education and care are provided to those who seek help. Her professional goal is to instill hope to sufferers of substance use disorders through education, care and compassion. Kelly Regan - Accounting Manager Kelly oversees the contracts and prepares the budgets for IPDA. She has over 20 years experience specializing in small business environments, she also has extensive accounting experience in areas related to non-profit fund raising and budget oversight.
